MOX is an interactive punching bag sleeve that offers a customized, music-driven and gamified boxing experience. Mox introduces a new way to practice with a punching bag by transforming a traditional repetitive routine to something that is more motivational and challenging. It comes with 2 components: the sleeve and the app, which controls the functioning of the sleeve. You start the training by selecting the workout and the targets would light up according to the beat of the music that we selected from your library. You can also review your workout session and challenge your friends.
